General Conditions For Contractors
Work authorization and operating protections for activity near the People Mover.
Before Work Begins
DTC’s published conditions require a Work Authorization Permit for activity within 50 feet of the People Mover. Provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice describing the work. DTC authorization is in addition to other required permits.

- Coordinate work that affects operations with DTC’s approved non-revenue work windows.
- DTC may inspect or monitor work, require additional protections, or revoke authorization when conditions are not met.
